i am pretty fanominal

Well, today was the first grade rodeo. One of my room mom friends said to us group of moms, "Hey, I'm headed to Starbucks, Anyone want something?" Of course, I piped right up and said, "Yeah, get me a grande Mocha." I was definately in need of caffenine to deal with 130 cowboys and cowgirls. Not to be a cheap friend, I told her to wait a minute. I got my purse and scrounged around for a good five minutes until I pulled it out. The Starbucks gift card that I had been saving for about 3 months waiting for that perfect time to use it and that time had arrived. I gallently handed her the Starbucks gift card and said, "Look at this! This should more than cover it." So, she took the card and left.

When my room mom friend returned, she gave me the Mocha. I being the good friend said to her, "I think that card had a couple of dollars on it. It more than covered it right?" She looks at me dead on and says, "Actually, the card only had 29 cents on it. The lady at the counter even asked me if I really wanted to use it." Ahahahahahahahaha. Oh, well, oops. So, I'm really cheap and got a 29 cent Starbucks mocha outta the deal. Actually, I gave her all the change and the two dollar bills I had. I'm pretty sure I owe her another dollars. So, now the question I pose to you is: You wanna be my friend?

FYI- If you wanna bake your slice -n-bake cookies today, then don't run the oven cleaner...it takes something like 3 days..ok 3 hours, but it seems like FOREVER and is smelly! Time for a trip to the Hallmark store to purchase the Yankee Candle Hazelnut coffee scent. Then it'll smell like burnt coffe in here. :)

OK and I LOVE my IPOD shuffle. I'm listening to a little Sir-Mix-A-Lot right now...baby, got back. ahahahahahahahaa

Yep. Sandy rocks and snow is what they've got in Utah. And it looks like we have a be it somewhat small, but still a chance at seeing snow today here in H-town suburbia! We're so lucky!

Me: "You do?"
Little Bit: "Yes, you are 35 years old."
Me: sigh. "Yes, I'm 35. Thanks for reminding me."
Little Bit, proud now: "And I know how old Mamaw is!"
(Mamaw is my mom.)
Me: "How old is she?"
Little Bit: "31!"
Me: "Uh, ok. I think we should call Mamaw and let you tell her that!"
