Um, well, maybe you're wanting to visit an aquarium soon? Oh, and plus wanting to see an art installation? Not sure what the orange traffic cone thing was unless you've lately watched The Man Who Knew Too Little. Ahh sounds like a peaceful dream though.PS Wahhoooo for getting to ride 1st class. ("Sassy but still classy" as my friend likes to say)

Dear Mommy Magee:
Oh, I like the ideas of visiting the aquarium and an art installation!!! I think I should do both!!! Sassy, but still classy...oh too good...I'm definately using that!!! later-cb

Dear Chris:
It soo didn't sink the other night when you said that to me! YOU are so onto something. I'm CERTAIN I'm having some flashbacks from the decorating. We were definately swimming that week. Ha! later-cb

dreamin then the alarm

Beep. Beep. Beep. The alarm.

Whoa. Weird dream.

Me and two of my artist friends and then a bunch of other people were riding this smokey turquoise blue bus. We must have been back at my ole Alma matter, because it seems that we had switched a bunch of UofA transit buses and finally ended upon this 1970s super long, like a subway train long bus that drove on the road and had a huge rectangular bubble shape window on the back.

Just as the alarm was going off in reality, the bus had stopped at this pond with reeds in the back and we were viewing an art installation. The art installation was on the pond itself. Everything was made out of huge Styrofoam pieces (the kind of Styrofoam like you buy Styrofoam balls at Walmart). And all of the pieces in my mind had a marine theme. And they were all huge, like my height 5'8" or taller. The only two pieces that I remember right for sure were a huge orange traffic cone and a grayish manatee that was resting on a wood raft. I seem to recall a floating anchor in the background that was a grayish-blue. And many other objects that seemed more white floating around.

And that was about it. But, I felt to be in a hurry, even though I was stopped looking at this art. Of course, I always am in a hurry, usually running away or to something in my dreams.

OK. Interpret...now.

Morning time mania

This morning Big Kid went outside and found a worm. He brought it in the house and chased Little Bit around the circle in the house for about 5 minutes, until he came to tell me that Little Bit was in the bathroom throwing up. I walk into the bathroom. Little Bit: "Big Kid touched me with," brawlp!!! "a worm!" BRAWLP!!!

arrgghhh. I'm trying not to laugh in front of them. I clean her up and tell her "you're going to school. Big Kid, tell your sister your sorry." Big Kid: "sorry."

my morning

Starts with both kids singing the Fineas and Ferb Brother Bot song. I then got the whole tv show episode review of how it went and why the song was on the show. Breakfast included from Little Bit, "Mmmm...powder sugar." As she ate a whole spoonful instead of any of her french toast. Big Kid then took his yarn weaved book mark and made it into a one handled numb-chuck and proceeded to wack me and his sister with it, all crazy like. And all this before school.

I'm going to post the pics soon. But, first must download and get some developed. As my camera battery went dead on said trip and I didn't bring the charger. Thus, had to buy some snap disposable cameras. And Chris, I believe that you didn't see the dryer sheet cause I know you are right that you would call me out on it. That made me laugh out loud. Anywho, I hope you're day is full of fun and fantasy! later, taters-cb

yesterday was just another day

Well, sports fans. I find it to be rather cloudy with a large chance of rain and an even larger chance of procrastination in cleaning the toliets and doing the laundry in my house.

News of note. Yesterday morning, I found that I had been up at the school volunteering and no one mentioned the dryer sheet hanging out of my shirt sleve. I really should turn on the light and look at myself in the mirror before I leave the house.

I could tell you about my fantastic Spring Break trip. Yet, I think I'll download the pics and give you a viewing story instead of a word story. So, I guess this is where we part...me flowing down the information super highway...why don't we call it that anymore...old school.

what it is.

Yesterday on the way to school, my 4th grade son prepared me for my 2nd grade daughter's field trip, by waking up and repeating the words "Cheader Cheese" over and over until I dropped him off to school. Nothing I did detered him from the words "Cheader Cheese." Thankfully, it was a 2nd grade field trip.
The field trip went great. Little Bit had a fun time at the Houston Rodeo. She said her favorite part was seeing the hatching chickens.
