How about some pics of my kids? That always makes me smile!!!

On Earth Day, we had green eggs per Little Bit's request. That afternoon we went and watched the movie Earth at the theater.

Itty Bitty Kitty and Bark like to hang out together.

Big Kid took his picture at the End of Season Party with the teeth in. We made him take them out for the group picture. Big Kid cracks me up!

new information

Note: today's blog may be gross, so you might want to skip reading it.

Today I found out the following:

• When admiring my fading stomach stretch marks today, I found I have 2 scars on my stomach. I thought I only had one, but have lost enough stomach to see that it was actually 1 scar per child. Yikes, I've been fat and still have a long way to go. And how TERRIBLY sad to not know this 8 years sooner. I really should look in the mirror more often.
• That if I ride my bike along the side of the road, instead of on the sidewalks like regular, I can ride my "big" ride 15 minutes faster. So, instead of my bike ride being 1 hour and 15 minutes. It's just 1 hour. However, it is much more boring, as I miss seeing the birds and turtles along the water areas.
• that i really need to get a life.

a crossroad

It seems this week, I have reached a crossroad. I have finished doing everything with my book that I set out to do. My list has most everything scratched off of it. I have been setting myself free of junk. De-cluttering my house. I have fixed up the back patio, so it can be enjoyed. And now i stand here, looking for the next thing to do. (and don't tell me laundry.)

Per my visit with our vet today: My cat weighs 16 pounds and is considered skinny. My dog weighs 10 pounds and is considered overweight.

Somehow, i think i'm living in an alternate universe.

time to re-evaluate

OK. I do believe that if I was rated on my housekeeping skills on a scale from 1-10 with 10 being the best, today I would score a 2.

Simply, due to the fact that I washed my windex wipes bottle last night in with my sheets in the laundry. It wasn't the best idea.

How do these things happen? Am I alone with these issues? I'm really beginning to think that if I got a job review, I would be in trouble.
