Great Day

Last night we had over M's friend from Pennsylvania! This is the guy who gave my kids sharks teeth that were like 60 million years old and rock/minerals that he had dug up from some quarries. He does this as a past-time. It was a good time. He identified all the rocks he had given Little Bit and Big Kid. Then Big Kid brought down his rock collection and he identified all them. He also does astronomy on the side. So we talked about that and found out that binnoculars are really a good way to start with this hobby. Then we went outside and saw his cool green laser that goes up 2 miles. It was fun!!! And M wanted one by the end of the night!

Then around 3.30am we get a ring on the phone. It was my friend who is 8.5 months preggers. She was at the hospital in labor. They had stopped it and so her daughter came over to sleep. My friend is all ok, just put on bedrest for a while. So, her kiddo will come over to play some is my plan. I have to check with her though.

Today....Little Bit had her kindergarten field day. It was a water party and was great fun! All those kids had a fantastic time!!! Water balloons, pick up marbles with your toes in buckets of water, the sponge full of water on top of your head walk, bubbles, whipping cream...it was all good fun!!! Then they watched Nemo and ate popcycles and pizza. I wanna be in kindergarten again!!! Afterwards, Little Bit and her friends went to Kinderfun and they had another water party there. The only sad part was it was her last day at kinderfun. My Little Bit is growing up...sigh. I love her.

And Big Kid was asked to be a visitor to the Leadership at Tae-Kwan-Doe. He did great and liked it very much. He's such a cute kid.

Then after super out I came home a got an email to possibly be in a commercial for a German phone company!!! So, I might get to be a General Extra!!! Yipiee!!!

It was a GReat Day!!!
