oops nothing since school let out

Well, I guess I've been busy this summer or lazy...let's go with Busy. i didn't realize i hadn't posted since May.

Let's see...what I've learned so far this summer:

1. that a little dog named bark should have been named Houdini for his great escapes from the backyard. He has trained himself to climb a 2 foot metal gate and squeeze through the bars.
2. that said little dog won't really run away...he'll only go so far as next door to the neighbors house.
3. that cats like to sleep on their backs in vulgar positions.
4. that Big Kid and his friend love to have Little Bit chase them and will encourage her by running around with her "stuff" aka stuffed animals.
5. that stuffed animals all talk and each one is important to Little Bit.
6. that everyone loves crafts, even boys.
7. that swimming is a favorite sport in our house during the summer.
8. that if we are planning on going out on the boat, it will rain.
9. that if you ride on the innertube behind the boat, M will drive really fast in circles.
10. that you cannot really sink a pontoon boat, no matter how much water comes up over your ankles.
11. that you can be a popular mom with koolaid slushies.
12. that kids nowdays don't know what koolaid slushies are and want to know if they are like sooothies or something.
