twilight zone at sunrise

So, there I was...

standing in the kitchen, when I reached out and pulled up the dark mini-blinds. I look out. It seemed strange, out of place. My husband's car window was down and the sunroof open. It was cool out yesterday and rainy. Did he ride home like this? He never opens the sunroof for fun. I always am the one that opens the sunroof. Did I sleepwalk and go out and open the sunroof at night? Wait. Big Kid told me yesterday that his friend's car was robbed and the friend's mom confirmed it. Yes. Their car was robbed while they were inside the house watching the robber. OH no! I've been robbed. Quick, where's the keys? (why I'm looking for the keys when all the windows are down i don't know.) "Where's the keys?" I asked M who was still in bed. "hmmp. pants...pock.." as he rolled back over shoveling his head under the pillow. Out into the cold morning air, I opened the door. No glass shattered. Everything's here, as I check the armrest-all-things-of-junk holder. Hmmm. All the windows are down and the sunroof open. I start the car and roll up the windows. Strange. I check my bus. Doors unlocked, but all is here. I lock the doors and close them.

Once everyone gets up for breakfast, I tell M the story of his car. He seems not worried. "Oh, that happens every so often. I don't know why. The car must pick up a similar frequency from somewhere." "Oh." I reply and think to myself Elvis must have visited again.

So Elvis goes joyriding in your vehicle. Hmmm Maybe he's riding around in your car while wearing one of the missing socks from my laundry. LOL That would explain some things though. hahah
