This morning I lit my new candle from Bath & Body works. The scent is sweet cinnamon pumpkin. Oh, it smells soo good. It's sitting on the window sill in my kitchen. Along with a glass filled with seashells I picked up in Corpus Christi and a leaf that Big Kid picked up in our driveway, my paintbrushes in a glass, three glasses filled with food coloring and water which was a short craft project for the day, two sets of salt and pepper shakers (one Razorback glasses, and one ceramic footballs) and the candle. I love things that make me happy to look at in my window and out my window everyday. I didn't even start to describle all the trinkets that lay on permanent display, this is just the temporary section, that usually houses a flower or two.
Now for some pictures of this past Sundays day trip to Galveston to hang out with my mom and dad.
The surf was great. Nice waves that day. Perfect weather.
