tae kwan doe

So, Big Kid is now taking Tae Kwan Doe and he is loving it. Last night he got a yellow stripe and a black stripe. I have no idea what this means, but I'm proud of him. And he's pretty excited too.

Since, we go two nights a week and possibly a third, I'm trying to talk Little Bit into taking the class as well. They all progress at their own pace and I think this would be good for Little Bit in many different ways. So, I asked her if she would like to take the class. She gave me an out and outright "No." So, my next tactic was to make sitting there waiting for Big Kid not fun for her and show her how much fun it looked like out on the floor with the other kids. She sat in her chair the entire time and watched. I asked her if she was bored and would want to go out and have fun by taking the class. She figured me out and told me "this is more fun." I have reached an impasse, a road block if you will.
