Little Bit: "You know, Mom, First Grade is much easier than Kindergarten. You know that, Mom?"
Me: "It is?"
Little Bit: "Yeah. Much easier."
Me: "The work is easier this year?"
Little Bit: "Yeah. I'm good at it, too."
Me: "You are? That's good. I'm proud of you."
Little Bit: "Yeah" as she nods her head and winks her left eye at me.
I'm so happy to hear that she's liking school and knows that she can do it.

i tried to go to school this morning...went to the front door when we watched the school bus drive by and everything...mom says i'm still too little...glad to hear my friends like it, though!
