Well, my mom called and told me what she got me for Christmas already...the BIG basket of hickory-farms-like sausage and cheeses and crackers and mustards and strawberry candies!!! OH YES!!! I love it all. I love them! They are the best. I will even munch on the straweberry candies at this time of year, and as you probably know, I am not fond of fruit in my candy or dessert.
i digress into a mini conversation typed out loud...
In case you aren't aware, fruit is good on it's own. Fruit is not good in anything else. Fruit can be mixed with other fruit, but not dessert, candy, bread, meat, or whatever you've cooked up. It's just not as good as plain fruit as far as I'm concerned. And since this universe revolves around me...what? this universe revolves around the sun, which is just another star, and there are many universes out there with their own suns, which are stars to you and me...you mean people actually mix fruit with things other than fruit...well, i'll be dogged...hence strawberry candies in sausage baskets.
