today

today, i'm day-dreaming about summer. i love summer. i love hanging out with my kids. i will miss these days in the future.

this morning, Big Kid got out the guitar and was practicing. I have to say i'm really glad that he is learning to play the guitar. I like his trumpet playing, too. i know he enjoyes it and he is very good at it. Yet, i must say it's always pleasant to listen to him strum the guitar. it's actually very relaxing. today, he was practing a song for Christmas from Harry Potter. It was quite nice. i just thought i'd share.

And Little Bit must be ready for summer, too. This morning, she broke out the capri pants for school. When she starts wearing her capri's, then the summer heat has started. She is quite the cutie and very fashionable. I am very proud of her.

well, i have 3 minutes to get fluffed and head up to the school to make copies for 3rd grade. and then i must make a decision to finish the items on my to-do-list or just forget it all and go have fun. i think i might just try to combine them and do it all.
