Today Little Bit ran her first 5K race!!! She did great and finished mid-pack. I too ran my first 5 K race in over 15 years. I finished behind Little Bit and am very proud that we made it the whole way!!! I've really enjoyed running with her all this Fall and look forward to the Spring.
