That's right. She's allowed 10 girls to sleep over for her 10th birthday. What was I thinking? Well, I was thinking that I let Big Kid do it for his 10th and now I'm locked in for doing it for her 10th. Let this be a lesson.
Actually, I'm strangely not all that worried about tonight. I do need to sweep the floor that they will be sleeping on. And I WILL be taking a list of phone numbers when their parents drop them off. I have a few drama queens in the bunch, my child not excluded. But, I expect it to be super fun.
Here's the party ideas Little Bit & I have so far...
- Pizza & Cake
- A newly released movie on the big screen with popcorn.
- Who can eat the donut fastest off the swinging ribbon. no using your hands! only your mouth!
- Color their own personal pillowcases.
- Make Ribbon Hair Bow Holders.
- A Hurry UP and Get Dressed Race.
- A Bean Bag or Washer toss game.
- Set up the Bad Mitton Net for play
I'm sure I'll come up with more as the day progresses.
