P.S. And if it's not hard enough that my son is ready for 7th grade, my daughter is ready, too. While we were there, she wanted us to check out the Art room, so we did. And during the athletics talk, she decided that cross country sounded really good and that if their races were only 2 miles, it would be no problem. "I can do that." with a confident nod of her head and a pull on my jacket arm. I agree, she can and will sooner than I will be ready.
